Want to let all know, David (sause) is scheduled for open heart Monday. David has been having problems breathing and went in to get checked out where they found 80% blockage. They admitted him right after the procedure. The doctor is out of town and he's doing fine right now, so let's all keep our big brother in our prayers and we love ya bro!

Thanks for today's technology in cell phones I can keep up with the board, laying in the hospital bed. I am in no pain at all but the cath procedure this moring was not good so I was admitted immediately. The surgery is now scheduled for Monday morning. Thank for the well wishes and all the following one too.
I think the best meds I need is to get a job back in the New Orleans area.

hope everthing goes good then change your diet
my friend dan had the same thing happen short of breath .went for testing found a blockage .next day bypass within a month is fine ,now sticks to his diabetic diet. so in the future stick to that diet. good luck

Well it's me this time. Doing good and very little pain now. The first night I went to long between pain med and got to hurting real bad. Other than that was the ruff time I think I go home tomorrow but now at least a few week vacation. I did take the bike out a enjoy a great ride before all so I had a farmer's tan. Other that that I am still kicking. I try a get a bike night in if the weather will cooperate. Of course in the cage with Kathy driving

Well going home today. This is so routine now that I just go home after only 4 days. It will be good to me to lay in my own bed. Thank for all the thoughts and comments.

Dave, I met Kathy Friday, I could not remember where you were staying. We did the Easter Egg hunt with the grand kids Saturday and I got called out to work, still here 1:00AM Sunday. Hopefully I will be out of here and can ride over to see you. If I don't see you, do what the Dr. tell you to do. Get well soon.

Sorry for such a long reply but this has been a slow healing process. It did not help that I had a 6 hour ride in my truck to New Orleans to see my daughter and grandson and then another trip with her to see her grandpaw. She planed this all before I knew about this surgery. I really wore myself out and spent almost 24 hours in bed to recoup. But now almost 4 weeks after the surgery I am doing good.
Sorry I missed you Bud but I would not been good company and Ted glad you like Colorado. But you can keep the snow.
