Picked one up sat afternoon and got installed when the rain let up that evening.
I was told it would be 2 times brighter than stock well it turns out it is about 3 times brighter than the silverstar i had been using.
May be an illusion due to being a much whiter light.
Install was less than half hour and well worth what i paid.
I even got an extra one i may pass on to a friend .
I have the 6000K HID now. I was also wondering if it would be any brighter. I can't imagine that. This 6000K is super bright. I would be curious to see the difference.
There maybe a large variety but so far only the ones with a cooling fan are High Power
and suitable for road use. Some VTXers bought theirs in the spring/summer.
So, can anyone tell us a couple of models that work so we can look up prices? I see a couple of pictures, but I would like to know which ones are best for the VTX.

This is the one I'm thinking of trying. Even tho it doesn't have a fan 2400lm should be bright enough. The Slyvanna one for our bikes is only rated at 1500lm

So is H4 the actual connector that will fit in the headlight housing?
