So I had to get a new battery, put it in and the bike feels like its missing or something. Cutting total power would not effect my power commander would it because it seems to have more decel pop also.

First thing I would do is re-tighten the connectors on the battery using a wrench, not just a screw driver. Also, I'm not sure if you have a 1300 or an 1800, but if it's an 1800, have you done the ground fix? If not I'd also do that. That issue can cause some strange problems.

1. Tighten your battery cables
2. Do the ground fix, paying attention only to the "Common Electronics Ground" section as seen on the "How To;Step-by-Step" board here

So I did the groung fix and the bike is just purring again, I don't get the missing and the ground thing but thanks again guys
