Anyone have any suggestions on air/fuel mixture adjustments? I recently painted my engine and in the process I removed the air box, and carb, ect. Now the bike runs a little on the rough side. Especially when it's cold, which it never did previously. There is also a small amount of smoke out of the front cylinder exhaust pipe while it's warming up. Is that normal? The bike has under 5000 miles on it. I couldn't think of any major issues that could be causing this. Thanks in advance for any help

Sounds like you need to tighten the pipe that is leaking exhaust on warm up. If you want to adjust the carb I suggest getting one of Glen's A/F adjusting tools. I have one and it makes adjustment a breeze.
Here's the link. http://www.glensvtxgarage.com/ Al
