There is a lot going on back here so I'll break in down piece by piece.

Softail or Hidden Shocks - SuperHub, License Plate Mount and Axle - 240 Kit - New Down Under Rear Caliper Bracket

Softail or Hidden Shocks

This mod really made the bike as far as I'm concerned. I took some stock Softail shocks from Progressive and cut them down from 11.5" to 9". Then I had to make mounts for the front and rear. The rear wasn't too bad but the front gave me fits. It's no big deal now but it sure was at the time. A good welder could build this but we are looking into a bolt up kit and as soon as we know it's going to fly we will link the kit in the Honda Direct Line store. The shocks will run you about 500 bucks and I would say if you had someone do the welding for you it would be about the same (if they knew what they were doing) and no I don't want to do yours, this was a one off prototype to see if it would work. I just flat don't have the time to do any more, sorry.

By the way the ride is about like stock, no better and no worst.

SuperHub, License Plate Mount and Axle

The SuperHub is one of the coolest things to hit the streets. This hub gets rid of that BIG stock hub by changing the dampers to allow for the smaller hub. I had done quite a bit of testing with this setup and it's working out great. The first thing you will notice is you can see into the wheel instead of looking at a big hub. This setup will allow you to use just about any aftermarket wheel on this bike. This opens up a whole new world for the metric guys. The hub is going through the patent process and there will be another version of this but when it's ready for the real world you'll see it here first. We don't have a cost for this hub yet.

240 Kit

If your going to build a custom you got to have a big fat tire on it, that's just the way it is. You can buy  the complete kit (without the softail) from Honda Direct Line here. With this kit you can use your stock seat. If you want the same fender and seat that I have (Glacial Graphics) then you will need to call in your order and they can replace the fender and struts that comes with the 240 kit with the Glacial Graphics fender and struts. You will have to call to see what the price difference is. There are a lot of options for this kit including a chrome swingarm.

The seat is a Glacial Graphics seat but I had Des at Ultimate Seats give it a custom look with carbon fiber and black Ostrich upholstery. This really added the finishing touch it needed.

New Down Under Rear Caliper Bracket

This is still a work in progress but you can get an idea of how it looks. It takes it from the top of the rotor and moves it to the bottom. This really opens up the wheel for viewing. After mounting it on the bike we decided to make some changes. As soon as we have the finish product done we will link it in the Honda Direct Line store.
