Bought a beater 2007 1800 VTX F2

Hi there from the great white north. I been snooping around here for awhile looking for parts and opinions. Found some nice foot pegs here, awesome. Was wondering why my posts were not being approved, then I read the instructions. I need to do them here. Foolish me. Looks like a nice place you guys have here. I will be back.

Welcome from one step to the west.
Just curious why you'd say you bought a beater. Pretty rough condition?
There's lots of info here for sure.

All the usual stuff .... Vance & Hines exhaust, Cobra Light Bar & Cobra Fatties highway bars, Mustang seats & backrests, Cavalry Custom Saddlebags w/Custom homebuilt bag mounts, Kuryakyn Run/Brake/Turn unit, desmogged w/pair valve removed, decapitated air box, Tsukayu fairing, Clocks4Bikes clock .....

I have not been online for almost 3 months due to wifey wanting an extra bedroom and ensuite instead of my spot for my computer. Many dollars, days, bruises and much pain later me and my pc are back, kind of stuffed in a dark corner of what little space is left in the house. Ya, my bike is a low mile abused beast. Pretty sure I can shine it up and still be a fair deal. It is tucked away for now, am wrenching on my high mile snowmobile. Finally got the cracked exhaust pipe on it welded today so will be tearing into that and going through the clutches. I also have to repack my muffler. Still not quite enough snow here so will be watching for more VTX parts and instructions in my spare time now that I have my internet back. First will be to go through the front forks. They are a leaky mess.

Welcome from Eastern Ontario, I'm also working on my high mile sled.

What parts are you looking for? I have a few spare parts kicking around.
