Hi from Maryland

Greetings fellow riders. I recently picked up a 2007 VTX 1300C with the intention of transforming it into a bobber using kits from Blue Collar Bobbers. If others on this site have had any experience, I look forward to reading about their projects. I also plan to offer some take-offs in the classifieds.

Hello Michael, welcome to the VTXOA!

Not too many bobbers here.
I see Blue Collar called it a Honda Shadow VTX 1300c.

They corrected when they did the R.
Not many changes. If you do not cut off anything easy to put it back on to OEM.

Have fun! I like my 1300C

Welcome from Central Texas. Enjoy the Ride, here on the Forum and on the Road.

My VTX is so far from a bobber I call it a "Lazy-boy."

I'm gonna hit the highway like a battering ram,
on a silver-black PHANTOM bike!

Welcome.

I like the look of bobbers, but I have a hard time with taking a perfectly good bike and cutting it up. It's your bike, you do you.

Make sure to post pics along the way.

Welcome to the VTXASG (VTX Addition Support Group) .... where we gladly support each other's addiction.

I have never seen a VTX bobber so I would be curious in any pictures of the process and results. I am sure I am not the only one.
