New in New England

Howdy, new to the forum and motorcycle riding. Did the basic rider course a couple years ago. Recently got my first bike, 2004 1300S. Looking forward to learning, but hopefully not needing too much help.

Welcome to the VTXOA.

Look through the 1300 threads you will see two issues.
Shifter pivot point needs clean & lube.
Starter switch needs clean & lube, a PDF in the Step by Step section.

Two oil drain plugs-- one for the dry sump(about a cup of oil) and one for the reservoir(about 4 qts)

Air pressure should be 38-40 psi front and back.

Enjoy the ride!

Welcome to the forum, and to motorcycle riding!
I've been riding for 50 years, and you can never learn too much.
