That's dirt cheap for a Harley. Personally, I wouldn't ride a Harley if it was the last motorcycle on Earth but I have to admit 14k is almost suspiciously cheap. At least for CA prices

Thats actually close to book. then a little more for the low miles. Had I run into something like this when I stumbled onto my VTX I probably would have bought it. My wife was still riding a lot with me back then.

That's a lot of bike for the price. Certainly not overpriced IMO.
