Our winters are pretty mild...I keep my gas stabilized and other than regular maintenance...my bike stays pointed at the garage door....it has its own side of a 2 car garage and a cover....good luck...

I live in the south of Australia where it rains and gets cold in winter but we still ride. For holidays I head north to tropical Australia and follow the sun. Starting to get a bit old to be enjoying riding when its raining though.

Mild winters here in Louisiana. When I'm not riding I keep fresh non ethanol (pure gas) in tank, run bike once a week, keep battery charged on a battery tender. Been doing this for many years, never had any problems.
