Tires

119000 miles. Close to 20 tires. Time to dark side this thing. Need to remove the trailer hitch (never used it anyway) and prepare my old rusty wheel.

Sealing nuts then 3m tape. Did the front wheel about 20,000 miles ago. Decided this fall to do it since I liked my r100rt dark sided and I have cone back from a couple trips with a worn out rear tire when it was almost new when I left.

This car tire looks nice, but is it safe? Are there no slips in a strong slope?

Scotch 3M 4411. I have done a few rear wheels before, and the first I did I only used 3m5200 marine sealant. I changed to using 5200 on the nuts then this tape. It lets me use a much thinner layer of sealant. found the idea on youtube a long time ago

I won't recommend to others. I can just give my opinion based on my experiences. I feel a little odd rise when going up on the edge at very slow speeds. (parking lots) but I have not had any trouble with slipping even when dragging footpegs on my other bikes.
