Wow!!

2012 Suzuki DL650
2007 Honda TRX 400
2005 Yamaha Kodiak 400 4x4
189,518 27mar2019 Flange bearings replaced. Only one is notchy...
They look good for the mileage.. Easy to remove from flange with electric heat gun.
Spacer came off the bearings easy. AllBallz flange bearings going in.
OEM Wheel bearings feel good..
Spacer went on very easy, bearings were a bit more difficult to get in the flange.
Flange spins like a top with the new bearings.
Moly paste brushed on...Installed wheel. Damn,- I forgot the o-ring.
Nothing was tightened, so only a few minutes lost.
Now the wheel/tire was more difficult to re-install.
Removed brake caliper from bracket, a clip had moved from an earlier attempt to remove caliper and put that off.
Bolts tightened up. Finger touch for bolts covered, oops brake caliper bracket swing arm bolt was loose. Tightened...
Cleaned off some of the pollen, cleaned the wheels.. Went for a short ride.
3/28/2019 Check torque on bolts involved yesterday and checked more today.
Inspect, Clean&lube clutch lever, and cable.
Clean&lube shifter pedal.
Remove some pollen. Shined up a few things. Checked coolant level - ok. Time to change it.

190,293 miles 4/23/2019 Fork oil change after 7.5 years and 76,100 miles.
NO STINK from the Synthetic ATF I put in Sept 2011. No grease like build-up on the springs.
About 13 oz returned per fork.
I had trouble getting the fork cap on, must have lunched the first one 16 times.
The Ranger tailgate was too high, I could not push down to compress. Tried a strap worked good in 2011 with an extra pair of hands.
A piece of PVC in the spacer area pressed into the cap stopped stuff from falling off.
Basement saw horses are lower, a fork clamp then able to push cap on and twist tube to cap completely with hand power only.
137 miles test ride! Less dive since air cushion reduced.

Yup, that's how I put my fork caps back on...fork on the ground on a towel, use my right hand/arm/body as the "holder" of the cap with my socket wrench on top as I push down, and then use my left hand to turn the tube as I get the threads lined up. Never had a problem nor stripped the threads yet. You're braver than I am for going that long between fluid changes...glad it worked for you.
190,563 miles, 26apr2019 Check valves.
TWO Frt IN were .007" ; Frt EX was .013" all adjusted.
One Rear IN .007" and Rear EX .013" both were adjusted.
NOT BAD CONSIDERING 6 YEARS AND 54,665 MILES HAVE BEEN ADDED since previous check...
While the VTX was exposed, I did a coolant drain and refill.
Prestone Concentrate Yellow jug 5 years or 150,000 miles with distilled water
Vacuum pump does a good job of getting bubbles out.
