My "winter" projects are FINALLY FINISHED!

I finally started installing my Christmas presents!

Here's what I'm doing:

1. Removing the piece-of-crap Kury spotlights off the Kury lightbar. I'm going to keep just the bar on, because I like the look.
2. CP Punishers with internal wiring
3. Bunch of stuff from Handler that I had chromed.
4. Switching from Motion Pro to Magnum Sterling Chromite cables
5. Brake Away Cruise Control
6. Stainless front brake line
7. More stuff I had chromed locally

Here are some shots of what's happened so far:

Before

After

Motion Pro (left) vs. Sterling Chromite (right)

I was just too excited to wait until everything was done. The Punishers are going to be awesome. I should have changed the stockers out long ago. I can actually use my Corbin backrest now and get full support.

The build continues...

Sweet !... I like those cables. They are very bright. Nice job

VTX 1300C barely modified

Only 2 tools are required... Duct Tape and WD-40.
- If it wont move and it should...WD-40
- If it moves and it shouldn't...Duct Tape

wow, the CP punishers make a huge diference in ur riding position from the looks of it in the pics. i have been thinking about going that route. how tall are you? when i sat on my bike and measured the 15" pullback, i was afraid it was going to be to much pull back, but lookin at your pics, looks perfect. nice scoot!

How 'bout contributing a few bucks to my "hard bags" fund, and I'll send 'em your way?

And, yes, orange is good!

How's the new Rowdy X? Paint it yet? :P

From HDL...I bought the R/S cable, because it is supposed to be a little longer than the C.

I'm 5'10", and my arm length is about 30" measured from the top of my shoulder. These bars are going to be just what I needed for my long trips.

I'm leaning up against my backrest in these pictures, but if I took out the backrest, I'd probably be a little bit more upright, with my arms bent a little.

You're really going to like the Brake Away, especially if you ride distances.

Found a new use for it yesterday. I put my helmet on the right mirror and always forget to readjust it until I'm rolling. I know, I should adjust it before riding, but there it is. Anyway, yesterday, even though I was in second gear, I pushed the lever, adjusted the mirror, pushed the button and I was on my way.
