Pair valve

On a 1300c do I need to do anything else other then remove the hoses and put the cap plates on I know there is a vacuum line coming from the top of the valve do I just block it off? Is there anything else I need to do since is carb and not F/I I know there is a step by step on here but i believe it only applies to the 1800 models right!?
