I had to get Dec19 off as the last post. Does no one really use this site?

Off topic is the Illapaw res. up byEly frozen enough to ice fish.

You would think it would be with as cold as it has been. This winter has been a chilly one..............don't know for sure though.

thanks. It is about a 4 hour drive for me I don't want to get there and not be able to fish on thin ice. Never ice fished but want to give it a try.

Got to figure that 99% of people that use this board are in reno area and your asking about something on the other side of state!

Its not real buisy thats for sure. But for sure if you were asking a question on something in reno or tahoe you'd get more response.

Hey Tack did you ever get to Illapaw? I stopped there last fall and it looks to be a good fishing hole. Going to try it in June when it's a little nicer out. By the way I'm from Reno area.

I went fishing there and Cummins Lake over a month ago. The Pike were not biting at Cummins. We did good with the trout at Illapaw. There wasn't any ice but the ground was covered in snow when I was last there. Good luck
