Third weekend in April my wife and I are riding somewhere leaving from central Louisiana....looks like maybe to the Waco area. Hoping to find some rides where my wife can see some wildflowers. Any suggestions? Thanks.

If you take 290 or 6 around the Brenham, Navasota, College Station area, there are a lot of wildflowers out that way.

Might consider stopping off at the Blue Bell ice cream place if you have time.
