Chicago-Spike There is a snorkel and flapper valve that sits under the tank out of sight.

Carb Air Flow

Hello Fellow VTX Owners;

I just purchased a 2002 VTX 1800-S & the first thing I did was to check all fluids & clean the K&N air filter.

My question: how does the air flow through what appears to be a closed air box?
