He has a video of a trip in the Alps. Seems to work well.
His subframe could be adapted to many bikes with some alterations.

I have been thinking of a sidecar on&off.
Not that any human would care to get in. It'd just be a great way to allow my dog to ride with me.
So I've been slowly reading up on sidecars.
Does anyone have any good general information? Such as attach points to the frame, requirements for DOT, safety inspection etc.
(yes, I did search but came up empty-handed on those details)
Really hoping that my dog will ride with me one day!

|mike72903||I probably should have bought a turn key rig to start with but couldn't find what I wanted close enough so ended up with the Escort car. Would like to find a used subframe and mounts for whatever bike I end up using. When you say you would consider selling the rig did you mean just the bike or bike with sidecar?|

I bought the rig new already set up. Easy-Steer was already on it. I've ridden trikes that didn't have it and it's a workout to ride like that. The shop that did the installation is one of the bigger trike builders on the east coast, and they did a great job. I've done several trips to Daytona beach and back and I had no problem with the steering at all.
