History
1987 Chevy R10 - Was all factory except wheels when I got it and needed a good bit of work. Waiting to order a crate 350 this winter after my shop is built.
I have done all the work in my garage at home and am now needing a larger space to do the motor work and want to replace my saddle tank with a larger one under rear of truck and run new fuel lines. Need a space to store the bed while it is off the truck and all the tools I will need to do the job. So the plan is for a 24x30 shop to be built beside my house for the rest of my projects so I can get my car back in my garage instead of my project truck.
- New dash from Cheyenne truck parts, fits very well
- New glove box insert
- Front suspension all new - tie rods inner/outer and sleeves, pit-man/idler, ball joints upper/lower, control arm bushings upper/lower.
- New 2.5" drop spindles 2" drop shackles installed and have 2" hangers not installed yet.
- New front brake pads, calipers, brake lines, wheel hubs, wheel bearings etc....all new front suspension/steering.
- Have had a front end alignment done after the suspension/steering work was done
- New grille, also have a black billet grille and chrome bow tie that will go with it personally didn't like the way it looked so I put a new factory grill and turn signals on it.
- New LMC headlights with harness and relays, side markers and turn signals behind grille.
- New LMC HD window wiring harness with relays
- New door panel accessories -- Switches, wiring, arm rests, window felt.
- New led bulbs in gauges and all gauges work
- New driver door hinges with bushings and pins.
- New driver side fender
- New black front bumper - to be installed
- New window weather stripping and vent window weather stripping.
- New Essex - Super Plush, 100% Nylon Carpet, With Mass Backing - Sound and Heat deadener
- New headliner
- New long-tube headers Jegs brand - to be installed.
- New Pioneer 6800 bt head unit with 4 gauge amp kit wired and ran - (4) new 3.5" Pioneer dash speakers -- (2) new 5.75" Pioneer Rear Speakers.
