When it is cold, 50 or below, my ride is a beast! I have to use the manual choke for at least the first 30 minutes of riding or it spits and gasps as if I were starving it! What is it about the 1300 that makes it so rough in cold weather? Am I missing something?
I just want to preference this by saying that the only work that had been done recently was an oil change. Here is a list of everything aftermarket mechanical on the bike:

Whether choked or not, sputters when starting up (regardless of temp), runs fine after 2-3 miles. If I stop on a ride to take a break, and fire it back up after 10-15 min, sputters and dies, then runs fine after a minute or so.
