Do you have a boat? The Hyped-chargers make good anchors. Apologies for my flip answer, but while those things are eye candy for some, they don't do squat. Maybe a vacuum line either off, or leaking?
It's not for me either but it came with the bike. Is there any diagrams I can use as reference?
The hyper charger vacuum hose has a history of breaking. It works off of vacuum.

Not exactly sure what gets connected but it has block off plates, electrical connections are taped off, a small line behind the throttle body is present but blocked and a larger line mounts to the rear of the hypercharger. Does this sound correct?
Not at all. Yes, the large hose should be there as that is the crankcase vent. There should be a small vacuum hose going from the throttle body to the back of the Hyper to run the butterflies.

So the small line behind the throttle body that is currently blocked needs to be connected to the hypercharger? This is the same port bareasschopper has capped with 1/8 plug. The hose I need goes to the diaphragm on the hypercharger but where does it come from?

Ahhh... you're a scholarship and a gentleman. Thank you. It seems it would only be plugged on a stock airbox but needed to operate butterflies on a kury

My house came off
The two small screws on top of and below the Hypercharger should only be tightened slightly, if not there will we too much resistance to move the butterflies.
Still OK after 120.000 km...
This is how they should function:

Thanks everyone for your replies. I had to connect a vacuum line and had the butterflies on backwards. All good now
