I would like to maybe install the newer looking dash for my 04 C model. I am not sure when Honda started putting the Speedo in the tanks but basically that is what I want to do? If I found a 05 on ebay will that fit the tank and will the wiring be the same? Or what yrs would work for this??

Are you sure your looking at the 1800C's? The speedo is still in the same position, on all the 1800C models. The only way to get the speedo on the tank is to build it after one of the other models which will cause you to have to either do some major modifications or buy replacement parts from the other models for example the gas tank.
