I purchased a set of used HK exhaust for my 1800N wanting to get a bit more decibels. What I didn't realize at the time was my California born 2006 had an O2 sensor and the pipes don't work without a Power Commander 5.

Are there other options that would be a simple bolt on option to give me the deeper more rebel sound?

Do I continue down the road and get the commander? That adds another 350 plus the install.

no need for the PC, just get the O2 sensor plugs.

then tuck the plugs behind the right side cover. basically they are just plug with a resistor soldered across the terminals. specifically for CA bike. had them on mine for 16 years.

they will fool the ECU into believing the O2 sensors are plugged in.
