Well we will find out tomorrow. just cut 1/8th inch rubber and cork fuel rated gaskets and sealed them on the head side of the gasket. Takes 24 hours for the gas rated liquid gasket to setup and then I will have everything together. If this leaks I would be very surprised

Just a thought, or maybe I misunderstood where you are talking about the leak, but I have had leaks on rubber hoses/tubes previously from over tightening clamps. (yes it sounds counter intuitive but absolutely happens)
If I remember correctly the metal clamps on the intake boots are not the best and it may be possible to just make them snug and not super tight, they may seal better that way.

I did buy new clamps and snugged them pretty good. The bike doesn’t react when I spray the clamp side just the flange side. I’m hoping this is the fix. Love the bike and rides awesome anywhere other then low speed light throttle and I’m sure it will run even better all the way through when there isn’t an intake leak lol

Making the gaskets was the fix. Got everything on and let everything dry and when I started it I soaked the intake boots with carb clean and there was zero reaction. Let’s hope it’s a permanent fix

Glad you could fix it.
According to the manual the insulator band distance should be 9 mm(0.4 inch). Less or more could be the cause of leaking.
