I am purchasing new exhaust for the X and was looking at the big shots. Are these easy to put on? Anyone have tips to make this process easier? This is my first foray into the DIY on my X. The plan is to get it Dyno'd after the pipes are on as I already have a power commander on it. Thanks in advance for all of your responses!

Big Shots were on my 03' 1800R when I bought it a couple of months back. I haven't taken them off, but looking at them, it looks like it would be pretty to get them on and off.
By the way, the sound of Big Shots on the 1800 is truly awesome, one of the best sounding bikes I have EVER heard, it's one of the big things that got me to buy this bike.

First few times is a b....... You have to pull on them to spread them to fit over the studs DONT forget new crush washers and retorque later
