Recently purchased a 2007 vtx 1300c (8700 miles). Vibrations are so extreme at mid to high speed, objects in the mirrors are a blur...
Both tires have been checked for balance, bearings are good, as well as the air pressure...Any VTX experts near Birmingham, Al?
Thanks in advance

Should not be "Extreme" vibration, have the mechanic ride it and tell you if it's "Extreme" or not.

Objects in the mirror a blur---that is correct. Two headlights look like four.
As a new rider to a VTX it seems strange. Later it will be the norm.
You will get used to it.
Any modifications??? Exhaust, Air/Fuel. Some harmonics can be amplified.
When I removed the OEM mufflers and put on some short JCWhitney,
a nasty harmonic at about 52 MPH indicated. It made me want to puke.
They did not stay on long. HK pipes installed. Clanging sound was ugly,
I made a dozen variations of baffles, some more vibes, some less.
My 1300 sounds rougher when the Main fuel level is about to run out.
Check ALL the rubber vacuum hoses. They crack on the interior wall.
You may want to check fuel flow, 2007 petcock had a recall.
Remove fuel hose (abt 3/8"ID) from petcock. Apply vacuum to petcock valve, full flow from petcock.
Either position a can or bottle to recover the fuel running out.
