I have oil on the right side of the front jug about half way down the fins. Where might this be coming from, and what will fix it?

have you tried cleaning out the air cleaner lately?

here is a little drain hose at the back for the crankcase
vent and it will collect oil until its full ...

then it drips

Honda calls it a Drain Tube Assembly, item 11.

Some have used pressurized air to blow it out. It is quick and easy, but has some interesting side effects. Most just use Q-Tips. However, there are other things that may be causing the appearance of oil on the fins. A loose spark plug (have seen this a couple of times) or lil Johnny decided to help out dad a bit by doing some oiling for him (seen this too).

You might also check that your right fork isn't leaking oil. Had some oil in odd places on the left side of my bike, turned out to be the left fork leaking.
