3.4 gal tank....that will get you to bike night. no 240 rear tire? The Honda engineers just aren't listening. I'll keep the VTX

I'm pretty sure that is the engine in the VTX minus the fuel injection.
Sounds like it.
They'd have been better off just putting that engine in the X....and stick the leftover carb models in the chopper.

Nothing really new or exciting here, and about 8 years too late on the chopper thing.

Thanx, but no thanx.

I already have a 1800.

Why would I wish to downsize?

Once again Honda drops the ball in the two wheel department...

Oh well, for a few fleeting moments the dreams were vivid and then I woke up to, just wait till next year.

Yeah right.

How's that Suzy M109R comin' along these dayz?...

Interesting.

I'm sure people will buy it. I remember the talk when the VTX was first announced.

It'll be interesting to see what it actually looks like and what kind of following it will have.

I don't suppose they have a base price yet?

I have heard a price but I would rather wait until they make it official with photos early next month.

The engine size is kinda dissapointing. I guess they are going to discontinue the 1800 Vtwin altogether. That ain't right.

200 rear tire? that blows ass. Unless it has room for a bigger rim and 280

Honda's new propulsion system slated for 2010.

Unfortunately it stinks just as much as the 2009 Fart in a Whirlwind
formerly, wishfully, yet wantonly referred to as the Fury.

:agree: I think the chopper craze is a thing of the past. Maybe Paul Senior can buy back his steel business from his son. Oh well, onto the next craze. Mybe OCDB, Orance County Dune Buggies.
