Hey all...I'm looking for a way to mount the video cam on the bike so I can capture video clips while on a trip. It would be nice it if had some type of quick release to remove the cam that you wouldn't inadvertently hit while riding.

Since I can't be the only video/photo bug to think of it, I'm hoping someone's heard of or made something already.

Appreciate the info,

I got one on My bike. IT is great watching Videos of rides I did in the summer during the Long Chicago Winters

Let me look up the brand of mount I use and get back to ya,

Not sure if you mean to mount a digital video camera or just the cam itself to connect to your video camera...

My self I prefer to keep the video camera under cover and mount the external cam and mic out in the elements. Depending on your video cam you may be able to put a switch somewhere to turn it on and off.

Here are a few places to look at. Most are about the Cam to mount outside but a couple have mounts too;

Thanks for the quick responses everyone...I really like the one 3D posted...and $30 sounds like a bargain so it'll probably be the one I go with for now...once it's been road tested, if I don't like it...I'll try something else.

Cheers all,
