I have a vtx1300 Retro, I am debating whether or not to change my stock handlebars for ape hangers, does anyone have a pictures of these type handle bars so I may gather some further insight.
What is the comfort of these handlebars?

Thanks

I hear the comfort's fine if you don't mind having no blood in your hands. In fact you can't even tell you've got hands

AWWWWWWW come on

I have apes and they are more comfortable than the stock bars ever were. You guys are just gettin soft...
If the blood drains from your hands then stop taking your viagra before you ride!!!!!!!

Grey ghost do what you like, stand out from a sea of hondaline direct bolt on barges. My bars are 14 inch custom made apes with stock risers and I love em even put on all aluminum death grips. As soon as I take a pic I'll send it over. drop me your email address.

Here are the pics you asked for. As for the comfort issue, I don't believe that those who comment about no blood in your hands have ridden with apes for an extended period of time. I LOVE THEM and have no more problem with my hands than I had with my stock bars and risers.

First of all it's like sitting in a big easy chair. The comfort factor is incredible. Second, the look. Well, you can decide for yourself.

Apes are old school. Retro is old school. Apes on a Retro....enough said!
