I was thinking of getting the Bridgestone Z rated tires for the 1800C and one of the reviews said they were pre-balanced. Does this mean all I have to do is pull off any wheel weights and just mount the tires? Will putting on a 90 degree valve stem require the wheel to be balanced? Thanks in advance!

You should still balance them. I use Z rated tires on my CBR and while they are usually close, they still need a wieght or two occasionally. If you line up the dot on the tire (usually red or yellow?) with the valve stem it usually gives you the best results.
