Maybe you should post this info on the Tennessee and Kentucky state boards here on VTXOA and possibly someone could go to that location and see if it is laying around there. Maybe even a $1 reward???

P.S. Sorry for your loss and hope Foamy shows up. Long story but I have been doing something like this with two quarters with my niece for over 40 years. It has been fun and interesting how they keep showing up.
