You missed a preemo ride. A lot of people asked me if I knew you. I said I tried to drag you out here. Well, leaving for Yellowstone in the morning. Catch up with you when we get back.
All La VTXers, You have to do this ride. If you find a better group of folks, you must have found heaven.

So sorry I missed it...

After being out of town 2 weeks last month and not being able to work those 2 weeks money was just too tight to take another trip AND not get any work done.

I appreciate the invite and swear up and down that I'll make it "one day..."

Home and done

Just made it home. Close to 8000 miles in 3 weeks. Not Iron Butt stuff, but as close as I want to get. Need a new rear tire and a little break. Grand Tetons and Yellowstone were spectactular and the riding was unequaled. Only ran 1/2 of beartooth pass, as rain clouds had a differant plan for the day than we did. Ran Chief Josephs Highway in the drizzle. Everywhere we went we were greeted by better and more beautiful scenery. Now I'm glad to get back to the green of Louisiana.
