The first two things that come to mind are:
What kind of internet connection do you have. Are you using a phone line or cable. If you have cable or are using a DSL hook up the problem is probably in your computer.
You need at least one gig of RAM (Read Only Memory) to have good video's. Upgrading your RAM is not expensive and very easy to install.
I upgraded mine when my Flight Simulator game would pause in the middle of a flight and the sound would go away.
If you think this is the problem just Google (read only memory uprade) and you will find sites that will help you.
If your computer is ok then your problem is probably your internet connection.
I had that problem seem to start up all of a sudden awhile ago. I downloaded TCPOptimizer from SpeedGuide.net, and it brought everything back up to snuff. It's simple to install and run.
