can you tell me if changing the tires on the 1800r is the same as changing the tires on the 1800c. in the Bare's vtx page it shows the 1800c and not the R.

He's got a few "Note for Retro guys.." in the write-up, so it should work just fine for the R...if you take note of the notes :wink:

I followed Bare's instructions when I changed the front and rear tire on my 1800 R/S. No Problems, everything went fine. 8)
