Well its that time of year again...It doesnt seem like my fan has came on yet...Engine seems hotter than usual..is there a way to check if my fan should be coming on? I dont have a manual and I don't know how to trouble shoot it. Its a 2002 c model with 49,000 plus miles..thanks. Shane

This topic has no less than 500 entries, but in short, pull the wire off the temp switch at bottom of radiator. Make it reach and touch to any body-frame ground, and if key is on, the fan will run.

Start this step first.
If it doesn't start, then come back for step 2.
