I am entertaining buying a Corbin rumble seat (love the look) for my '03 1800 VTX Retro. Will this provide adequate comfort for me and my rider on cross country trips? Please advise.
Corbin rumble seat - your thoughts on comfort.

I noticed in a recent post that Russ1300 has a Corbin Rumble. You may want to PM him. Here is the link to his post. The string is about the Young Guns seat, but he make reference to his Rumble.

The Rumble Seat is only for around town - I had one and the better half complained after 60 miles (more so than usual). The back rest sits slightly forward or, at best, straight up. You're better off with either an Ultimate Big Boy or Corbin Dual Touring for long trips with a passenger.
