You had a problem before and the two extra diodes did not solve it. That's a big clue that your problem lies in the actual turn signal system.
I see that you installed the cheapo Chinese LED turn signals. Were you aware that the running light and turn indicator on those are not on separate circuits? It is the same branch with just a different resistor inline, not even an isolation diode. That causes the turn signal power to cross-bleed into the running light circuit.
If you want to keep these LED lights, the only solution is isolation of the circuits, should be doable with just one diode in each turn signal housing.
