Sitting at your desk, lift your right leg off the ground about 6 inches, and rotate it in small “clockwise” circles.
At the same time.
Take your right hand, and start rotating that in small “clockwise circles”. (Simultaneously with your foot)
At this time both your foot and hand are doing small “clockwise” circles.
Now, try to rotate your hand only “COUNTER clockwise” while your foot is still going clockwise.
You can’t do it.
Here's another.
Try to keep your X at 55 mph on an open highway.
The foot trick is harder.
At the same time.
Take your right hand, and start rotating that in small “clockwise circles”. (Simultaneously with your foot)
