I have a buddy who just purchased an 02 1800C with HK 2.5 American Clasic pipes and a kury hypercharger. The previous owner had installed a dynojet power commander but it seems to be mapped incorrectly as that he just got it back from the dealer because it wasn't running properly and they fixed it by disconnecting the power commander. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance -

If there are the "Vampire" type splice connectors used on the wire harness that may be the problem right there. Get rid of them and solder in a pigtail to connect the PC3 to. Those clips are known for causing shorts by slicing through the wires. Download a new map into the PC3 from the map databases at

See if those are better. If not than it may be a bad PC3. 8)
