Uncertain right now, what they will be checking(levels). It is certain that the X engine exceeds the 2007 standards and testing is done at certain RPMs not at decelleration when the pair system is at work. So removing that system will(should) have no affect. Plus, older bikes made before the 2007 year will not have to meet the same standards, just like a 1957 Chevy does not have to meet the same standards as a 2005 Chevy. If they did, you wouldn't see any cars made before the mid 80's on the rouad. We'll have to wait and see 8)
