If I am not mistaken with the springs out and the fork compressed they should be filled to within 5.5" of top of tube.

What weight fork oil is everyone using? I want to change mine shortly here. I put in progressive springs a while back and it still seems a litlle softer than I'd like. Just wondering what weight I should put in there.

Mine felt a little soft also after the change so after a few thousand miles I pulled the forks flushed them and replaced the fork oil with the stock 10wt

solid as a rock now and bet more than one would say way to stiff but I like it that way.

I did put about 5/16 more than what the book calls for 5 5/16 from top compressed without springs I am about 5 from the top.


Honda # is ss-8 which is 10wt
