I know that there are several threads desciribing experiences with Glen from "Glens VTX Garage", but I had to add one. It's Sunday evening and I sent an email asking a question about the proper use of the A/F screw adjustment tool. I had litterally, barely released my finger from the send button and I had response offering his contact number so that he could walk me through it. I have never, repeat, NEVER, heard of anyone offering that kind of customer service on a Sunday evening. I am looking foward to getting my problem fixed and really looking foward to purchasing more products from such a great guy.
