Ok so I'm going to the darkside, and the help I need is I'm in delaware and I'm looking for a place to get the tire mounted and balanced. Does anybody know where I can get this done ? And can I take the bike there or do I need to remove the wheel first?
2003 VTX1800C tire should be a 205/60/16 thats what most folks are running.
any thing else I should know? I've taken off the dog ears on the fender.
Thanks
Terry.

Terry, have you ridin on the Darkside yet? If not, you are more than welcome to ride my 04 1800 w/ 205 65 R 16. I pulled my wheel and took it to JJJ in Aston and they mounted it for $10. Dynabeads work well instead of exterior wheel weights.

On another note: Are we riding to Shanksville this year?

Try www.sparklingimagecc.com in Stanton. They work mostly on sport bikes and they're not "inexpensive", but I know a couple of people who were very pleased with their work. They have my rear wheel from my wing and will be mounting my c/t as soon as I drop off a new valve stem. Ask for Angel.
