Greetings all. I know they've been talking about getting rid of the helmet law. Is it 'in the process'? Or is it already in place?

The last thing i saw in the newspaper was , It is sitting on Gov. Granholm's desk, waiting for her can it! I think it's laying under the "Fix the pothole" papers! I would suprised if it gets pass her!

THE GOVERNOR HAS SAID SHE WILL VETO ANY HELMET LAW ON HER DESK. THEN IT MAY TAKE 2/3 VOTE TO OVERRIDE HER. IT ISN'T GOING TO HAPPEN ANY TIME SOON. KEEP YOUR HELMET!
