Just acquired a new to me vtx1800c and it came with a spare exhaust - can anyone identify maker?

Pipes have a smaller id pipe internally With the visible pipe welded to it then chromed, seems very well made but somewhat loud - has bafflles and both pipes are stamped with the number 47-2800 each pipes is 1 piece. Pipes were mounted on a 2003 Vtx 1800c
Thanks for any info

H&K would be my guess. Those pipes will melt that side cover. Find a good used Roadhouse slip on or Jardine slip on or send your muffler to VTX exhaust and get it shortened and moded

Just an FYI, on HK3", like mine, my original black side cover melted from the heat. I replaced it with an identical, chromed ABS plastic one from I believe Bike Bandit, and whether it's the reflective properties of the chrome plastic or what, IDK, it looks as good as the day I put it on. Close examining shows no warping or discoloring, and it only has maybe 1/4" clearance with the pipe.
