How do I remove the rear fender/ and or fender rails? I broke the bolt that attaches the rear of the seat to the fender. I need to take fender or fender inner support bracket off so I can get the remainder of the bolt out so I can replace it with a new bolt.

Unplug the wiring (under right sidecover) and unbolt the fender from the struts. EASE the fender down (you already took the seat off) and out around the tire. If memory serves, the bolt you broke is spot-tacked to the inside of the fender. Grind it off (Dremel; 4 1/2" angle grinder, etc.) and get a grade 8 replacement. Epoxy it in and yer done. You can see the bolts you'll be twisting in the exploded drawings at HDL's parts site.
