We made it to West Glacier and the highway to the sun and was most beautiful but the road was closed 32 miles in and could not make the hole trip over so we had to back track and go a different route then we had planned but was a great ride and here are a few pics.

Dude that is 1 awsome ride. It took me 2 1/2 hours to ride just 1 way last year. I took a ton of pictures then I hit the "format yes" button. Lost everything. Thanks for the memories

I'm going to be going there in about 3 weeks. Was there any information out there that indicated how long the road would be closed?

They said only a couple of days as they had a freak slide and was clearing
sure was a bummer but the ride down was just as beautiful as the ride up heading to billings next and then beartooth pass and yellowstone

Made it to Deer Lodge today and staying at the KOA campground tonight then Billings in the morning for the wing ding and having a great time and the weather is great will post more pics in the next day or two

Thanks Ed and yes always on the lookout for animals I think we have seen a least 12-15 dead deer on the roads and 4 skunks

Heres some pics from beartooth pass that was the best ride ya could ask for and a must for anybody that likes the mountians hope you all enjoy. The weather has been extremely warm everyday 95 to 105 we are in Missoula, heading home over lolo pass in the morning and having a great time
