Hey guys, probably a stupid question, but didnt install my HK3s myself and wondering how hard it will be to pull them off. turns out one of the bolts came loose and is is leaking on the rear/top pipe. 1300S

Extremely easy, should take less than 10 minutes for both if you have a set of crows foot wrenches. Digging the crush gaskets out took me longer because of all the carbon build up.

do i need to dig out the crush washer or can i just reuse it since all im doing is retightening

You should be good with retighten the flange nuts. :thumbup:

Got it. Thank you both very much. I just loosened both nuts and the rear mount bolt then retightened all in intervals at the same time. Man, its amaizing how much better it runs when I dont have all that air escaping out of the heads Imagine that.
