Well seems like when it really comes down to it. Honda is not any better than any other bike company.You would think that they would like to take care of Loyal customers,not true. You would think that they would offer assistence when needed,not true. Honda's distributor messed up an order and shipped a wrong part(1) and Honda does not want to settle this and make sure that the right part has been recieved and thier customer be happy.
So it comes down to this,am i pissed. Yup!
Am i digruntled,Yup!
Will that other bike be bought next week? Nope!
Are they going to loose a couple Loyal Customers? You Bet!
Will i keep what i have now? Not sure yet.
WE are starting to shop elsewhere first thing tomorrow!
